Music for the Ocean is a set of new compositions and improvisations by violinist/composer Chad Cannon, performed alongside pianist Hui Wu, featuring brand-new animations by Timothy Rauch. This concert evokes the ocean and all its complex marine life through music, animation, and sound design.

Join us after the concert for a Q&A with Dr. Carly Kenkel, a coral geneticist at USC, and Tiff Duong, co-founder of Tela Coral. The conversation will be focused on the future of coral reefs and the intersection of arts/science.
