Weaving autobiographical monologue with Tchaikovsky, Gershwin, Chopin, Bach and more,  Polonaise Fantaisie: The Story of a Pianist tells Ukrainian-American pianist Inna Faliks’s story of growing up in Odessa during the Soviet Union, emigrating to America with her parents, and reconnecting with a childhood friend from Odessa who ultimately became the love of her life.
